Firebug websites founded by Charles and his assistant Lis; a freelance team based out of Los Angeles. Charles invests a great deal of his time researching and staying up to date with the latest stable web conventions and in return designs intelligent creative and innovating sites. His experience is sure to ignite your presence on the web!
Our name, Firebug, comes from one of our trips to the beautiful rainforests in Costa Rica! After a long semester of nothing but writing code, reading technical books, attending web seminars and listening to college professors. Charles and I (Lis) decided to take a trip to decompress his mind and digest that matrix download that he received that semester.
It was a beautiful sunny day, perfect for a hike. After forty-five minutes we made it to the last hanging bridge and with that triumph came pouring rain! We ran down as fast as we could to escape the rain, but the challenge was much too much for one web geek and his assistant, so we decided to hide in a cave until the rain finally passed. Twenty minutes later the torrential rain finally decided to release us! As we were making our way back down to our rental car, the gloomy sky began to turn blue; Charles exclaimed, "Look at that bug, it totally stands out!" Taking a closer look, I whispered, "What kind of bug is that?" I pulled out my blackberry and typed in its description. The search results loaded and the image on the screen looked just like the bug that was standing on the big green leaf in front of us, and the name of the bug? Yep you guessed it! Firebug!
